摘　　要：为促进山东省国有林场森林生态效益补偿配套资金的合理核算和分配使用,结合森林资源的投入与产出,设计一套与森林的经济效益、生态效益和社会效益密切相关的生态效益补偿评价指标,包括税收贡献增长率、吸纳当地就业人数、技术应用推广数、设备(设施)投入和居民资源共享等5大类。每个指标划分为5个等级,通过赋分制核算森林生态效益贡献的综合得分,并根据每个林场的分值所占比例计算其当年可分配的森林生态效益补偿资金的份额。In order to promote the reasonable accounting and allocation of supporting funds for forest ecological benefit compensation in state-owned forest farms in Shandong Province,a set of ecological benefit compensation evaluation indicators closely related to the economic,ecological,and social benefits of forests was designed based on the input and output of forest resources,including five categories:tax contribution growth rate,absorption of local employment,number of technology application promotion,equipment(facilities)investment,and resident resource sharing.Each indicator was divided into 5 levels,and the comprehensive score of forest ecological benefit contribution is calculated through the scoring system.The share of forest ecological benefit compensation funds that can be allocated in the current year is calculated based on the proportion of the score of each forest farm.
