摘  要:在现阶段全球气候变暖的背景下,本文以昌平区第九次森林清查结果为基础阐述科学合理的森林健康经营措施对扩大森林面积、优化森林结构,促进森林发展,提高森林固碳能力的影响。结果显示昌平幼龄林与中龄树蓄积增长迅速,二者占碳汇总价达68.9%,近熟林碳汇价值低,仅2377.33万元。昌平亟需合理经营措施促进森林正向演替,即通过加强碳活动样地建设,积极开展科学经营管理,重视碳汇树种的培育,加强天然林资源保护,积极开展宣传活动,积极利用政府政策的有效措施,从而对今后森林碳汇发展起到积极作用。Based on the findings of the ninth forest inventory in Changping District,this article illustrates the beneficial effects of proper forest management measures on increasing forest area,optimizing forest structure,promoting forest development,and improving forest carbon sink capacity in the context of global warming.The findings indicate that Changping's accumulation of young and middle-aged forest is expanding quickly;together,they account for 68.9%of the value of carbon aggregation,while the value of near-mature forest as a carbon sink is low,at only 23.773 billion RMB.Changping urgently needs to amend its management practices to encourage healthy forest succession,including by stepping up the development of carbon activity sample sites,actively engaging in scientific management and management,prioritizing the cultivation of carbon sink species,enhancing the protection of natural forest resources,engaging in activities that are conducive to transmission,and actively utilizing effective government measures.
