摘  要:针对水性聚氨酯的自修复性能较差的现状,采用传统预聚体法,通过调节2,2’-二硫二乙醇的用量,制备一系列双硫水性聚氨酯。研究表明,双硫水性聚氨酯薄膜自修复率随2,2’-二硫二乙醇用量增加而增加,与此同时,升高温度和延长修复时间都能提高双硫水性聚氨酯的自修复率。A series of bisulfide waterborne polyurethanes were prepared with the aim of improving their self-repairing performance.This was achieved by adjusting the dosage of 2,2'-disulfide diethanol using the traditional prepolymer method.It was demonstrated that the self-repair rate of bisulfide waterborne polyurethane films increased with the increase of the dosage of 2,2'-disulfide diethanol.Furthermore,elevated temperature and prolonged repair time were found to enhance the self-repair rate of bisulfide waterborne polyurethanes.
