治未病理念下糖尿病患者智能服装设计探究

摘　　要：文章旨在从中西医结合的视角出发,探讨糖尿病患者管理中可穿戴服装的设计。这一设计将西医技术与中医的脉搏诊疗及“治未病”理念相结合。文章首先概述了糖尿病及其并发症的严重性,并介绍了中西医结合的三阶段预防和治疗策略,强调了糖尿病患者自我管理和控制的重要性。在此基础上,文章提出了一种以颈动脉检测为核心的创新型可穿戴服装设计。该设计将传感器、听诊器等设备融入衣物中,通过检测颈动脉杂音、脉搏和皮肤温度等技术手段,实现数据的实时采集与监测。这些数据通过蓝牙设备传输到手机App上,为用户提供个性化的治疗建议。这一设计不仅融合了现代智能可穿戴技术,还充分考虑了患者的实际需求,体现了中医“治未病”的核心理念。它既传承了中国优秀传统文化的精髓,又展现了现代科技的魅力,实现了古今文化的交流与融合。The article aims to explore the design of wearable clothing for the management of diabetes patients from the perspective of combining Western and Eastern medicine.This design integrates Western medical technology with Eastern medicine's pulse diagnosis and the concept of"preventing disease before it occurs".The article begins by outlining the severity of diabetes and its complications,introducing the three-stage prevention and treatment strategies of combining Western and Eastern medicine,and emphasizing the importance of self-management and control for diabetes patients.Based on this,the article proposes an innovative wearable clothing design centered on carotid artery detection.This design integrates sensors,stethoscopes,and other devices into the clothing,enabling real-time data collection and monitoring through techniques such as carotid artery murmur detection,pulse measurement,and skin temperature monitoring.These data are transmitted to a mobile phone app via Bluetooth,providing users with personalized treatment suggestions.This design not only incorporates modern smart wearable technology but also fully considers the actual needs of patients,reflecting the core concept of"preventing disease before it occurs"in traditional Chinese medicine.It inherits the essence of China's excellent traditional culture while demonstrating the charm of modern technology,achieving a blend of ancient and modern cultures.
