摘 要:采用热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU)作为基体,纳米二氧化硅(SiO_(2))充当填料,超临界二氧化碳(scCO_(2))为发泡剂,通过简单的物理共混的方式以及scCO_(2)发泡设备制备了TPU/SiO_(2)复合发泡材料;探究了不同SiO_(2)含量对复合发泡材料的影响.结果表明,纳米SiO_(2)粒子在TPU基体中有良好的分散性,所制备的TPU/SiO_(2)复合发泡材料混合均匀;纳米SiO_(2)粒子的添加调控了复合材料的发泡行为,使其泡孔尺寸稳定、分布范围从60~180μm下降至20~40μm.SiO_(2)粒子有效提高了TPU基体的结晶性,从而使得回弹从40上升至42,硬度从45.3 Shore C上升至54.38 Shore C;抗张强度从1.18 MPa上升至4.19 MPa,断裂伸长率从237.25%上升至460.03%.Using thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer(TPU)as matrix,nano-silica(SiO_(2))as filler and supercritical carbon dioxide(scCO_(2))as foaming agent,TPU/SiO_(2) composite foaming materials were prepared by simple physical blending and scCO_(2) foaming equipment.The effects of different SiO_(2) contents on the composite foaming materials were investigated.The results show that the nano-SiO_(2) particles have good dispersion in the TPU matrix,and the prepared TPU/SiO_(2) composite foaming material is uniformly mixed.The addition of SiO_(2) particles regulates the foaming behavior of the composites,making the cell size stable and the distribution range decreased from 60~180μm to 20~40μm.The SiO_(2) particles effectively improved the crystallinity of the TPU matrix,so that the rebound increased from 40 to 42,and the hardness increased from 45.3 Shore C to 54.38 Shore C;the tensile strength increased from 1.18 MPa to 4.19 MPa,and the elongation at break increased from 237.25%to 460.03%.
