摘 要:以氢氟酸作为MAX相(Ti_(3)AlC_(2))粉体的刻蚀剂,制备出了具有“手风琴”形貌的Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)MXene,以水性环氧树脂、水性环氧树脂固化剂以及Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)为原料制备了Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)环氧树脂涂层.通过往复摩擦磨损试验机和光学数码显微镜测试涂层在人工海水环境下的摩擦系数和磨损率;采用扫描电子显微镜、显微共焦激光拉曼光谱仪分析磨痕表面形貌、物相,进而探讨磨损机理;使用电化学工作站,探究人工海水环境下涂层的耐腐蚀性能.研究表明:与去离子水环境相对比,人工海水环境下Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)环氧树脂涂层具有更低的摩擦系数;同时Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)的加入显著提升了环氧树脂涂层的耐腐蚀性能.Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)的添加能够显著提高环氧树脂涂层在人工海水环境下的摩擦学性能.随着Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)含量的增大,涂层的摩擦系数和磨损率均呈先减小后增大的趋势,当Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)的含量为1.0 wt%时,涂层的摩擦系数和磨损率最低,分别为0.13和4.99×10-5mm3/Nm,与纯环氧树脂涂层相比,分别降低了65.8%和两个数量级.Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) MXene with an″accordion″shape was prepared using hydrofluoric acid as an etching agent from the MAX phase(Ti_(3)AlC_(2))powder.The Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) epoxy resin coatings were prepared using aqueous epoxy resin,aqueous epoxy resin curing agent and Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) as raw materials.The coefficients of friction and wear rates of the coatings were tested by a reciprocating abrasion tester and an optical digital microscope.The morphology and phase composition of the worn surfaces were analysed by scanning electron microscopy,micro confocal laser Raman spectroscopy and X-ray diffractometer to investigate the wear mechanism of coatings.The corrosion resistance of the coating in artificial seawater environment was evaluated by electrochemical workstation.It was shown that Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) epoxy coatings have lower coefficients of friction under artificial seawater environment compared with that under deionized water environment.At the same time,the addition of Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) significantly improves the corrosion resistance of the epoxy resin coating.Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) addition significantly improves the tribological properties of epoxy resin coatings in artificial seawater environments.With the increase of Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) content,both the friction coefficient and wear rate of the coating showed a tendency of decrease firstly and then increase.The lowest friction coefficient and wear rate of the epoxy resin coatings under artificial seawater environment were 0.13 and 4.99×10-5 mm 3/Nm respectively which were 65.8%and two orders of magnitude lower than those of the pure epoxy resin coating respectively when the content of Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) was 1.0 wt%.
