基于城市双修的城市公园综合体设计实践--以长沙圭塘河城市公园综合体项目为例

摘　　要：在城市由粗放式发展向集约高效内涵式更新的转型过程中,城市综合体在“城市双修”的理念指导下,与旧城区的河道改造更新紧密结合,共同塑造出独具特色的城市公园综合体。文章以圭塘河城市公园综合体项目为例,针对现状存在的问题和不足,对河流及其周边环境进行全面的整治和优化,旨在打造区域性的绿地公园,修复和提升城市生态系统。同时,根据上位规划,通过城市综合体的形式,对片区的城市功能进行修补和完善。期望通过这一设计实践,为其他类似项目提供有益的借鉴和参考。During the transition from extensive urban development to intensive and high efficient urban connative renewal,guided by the concept of“urban repair and ecological restoration”,urban complexes are closely integrated with the renovation and renewal of rivers in old urban areas to jointly creating a unique urban park complex.This paper takes the project of Guitang River Urban Park Complex as an example.In view of its existing problems and deficiencies,it comprehensively improves and optimizes the river and its surrounding environment,aiming to create a regional green park and to restore and enhance the urban ecosystem.Meanwhile,according to the higher-level planning,it repairs and improves the urban functions of the area through the form of urban complexes.It is hoped that this design practice can provide an useful reference for other similar projects.
