摘　　要：当代都市青年买房的经济压力和对生活品质的不妥协使得小户型公寓建筑在国内兴起,而国内中心城市中心城区的土地价值以及周边大量的客户群体让公寓建筑朝高空发展成为必然。文章以中心城市经济型超高层小户型公寓(含销售型配套底商)为研究对象,从设计前期、标准层平面、核心筒布局、小户型平面设计、建筑立面设计、配套商业设计、公寓大堂设计等方面逐步展开,对其设计思路及要点进行论述,以期为提高超高层小户型公寓设计项目的经济效益提供理论和设计方法的支持。Small apartment has become a hot trend due to the economic pressure of contemporary urban youth and their uncompromising on the quality of life.The value of land in urban centers of the central cities and the large number of surrounding customers make it inevitable for apartment buildings to go up in the air.In this paper,the economical super high-rise apartment building with small flats and the commercial service facilities in the central cities are taken as the research object.The design ideas and key points are discussed from the preliminary stage of design,standard floor plan,core tube layout,small flat layout,facade design,commercial design and lobby design,etc.so as to provide theoretic and design methods for improving the economic benefits of super high-rise apartment building with small flats.
