摘　　要：在现今社会高负荷运转的背景下,办公人群的健康问题愈加突出。文章基于办公建筑的空间环境与办公人员的健康现状,引入健康行为促进理论,分析办公建筑对使用者的健康影响因素。借助Nvivo质性分析软件对国内外优秀案例设计策略进行总结分析,得出健康办公建筑的环境框架,以此为依据,从办公建筑的建筑空间、设施设备和服务模式三个层面提出设计策略,通过优化环境引导使用者行为来提升健康水平。Under the background of high-load operation in today’s society,the health problems of office workers are becoming more and more prominent.Based on the space environment of office buildings and the health status of office workers,this paper introduces the theory of health behavior promotion,analyzes the factors that affect the health of office buildings on users,and summarizes and analyzes the design strategies of excellent cases at home and abroad with the help of Nvivo qualitative analysis software.The environmental framework of healthy office buildings is obtained.Based on this,the paper proposes design strategies from the three levels of architectural space,facilities and equipment,and service models of office buildings,and improves the health level by optimizing the environment to guide user behaviors.
