摘　　要：文章针对政府专业建设机构代建的高校基建工程保修工作中出现的问题,找出现行“物业→施工”工程保修模式的缺陷和不足,剖析问题产生的原因,探索解决问题的方法和措施,提出“施工型物业”工程保修模式,以谋求最快捷、最经济、最有效的工程保修模式并将其作为解决方案,提升高校建筑的使用效率,满足师生对空间使用的需求,为政府代建的高校基建工程建设与保修工作提供参考思路。This paper analyzes the warranty problems in infrastructure projects of colleges and universities built by the government.It finds out the defects in the current“property→construction”engineering warranty model,analyzes the causes of the problems,explores the solutions and measures,and proposes the“construction-based property”warranty model.It aims to find a more rapid,economic,and effective engineering warranty solution to improve the usage efficiency of university buildings,to meet the needs of faculty and students on space,and to provide new inspirations for the construction and warranty of government-constructed infrastructure projects in universities and colleges.
