摘 要:陕西省奶山羊产业的发展全国第一,但目前仍以小规模养殖为主,存在机械化挤奶站利用率低、乳品质量安全堪忧等问题。以陕西省奶山羊发展为例,为通过对4种挤奶设备的性能对比,提出适度规模养殖模式下挤奶设备的合理配置方案,以期为地方产业发展提供参考。The development of dairy goat industry in Shaanxi Province is the first in China,but it is still dominated by small-scale farming,and there are some problems such as low utilization rate of mechanized milking stations and worrying quality and safety of dairy products.Taking the development of dairy goats in Shaanxi Province as an example,aiming at the problems existing in the use of milking equipment,through the performance comparison of four kinds of equipment,the reasonable allocation scheme of milking equipment under the moderate scale farming mode is proposed,in order to provide reference for the development of local industry.
