摘 要:玉米纹枯病在我国的玉米生产中较为常见,具有受害面积广、影响较为严重的特点。针对纹枯病在四川地区的发病症状、发病原因机理,在介绍现有防治方法的基础上,根据当前科研认知提出了新的防治思路与方向,包括探究玉米植株内酶活性对纹枯病抗性的可能关系、温度对玉米纹枯病菌丝生长和侵染的影响、玉米纹枯病的发生动态,以及继续挖掘种质资源的抗病性等。Maize sheath blight is common in maize production in China,which has the characteristics of wide affected area and seri‐ous impact.In view of the symptoms and causes of sheath wilt in Sichuan area,new prevention and control ideas and directions were proposed based on the introduction of existing prevention and control methods,including exploring the possible relationship between enzyme activity in maize plants and resistance to sheath wilt,the influence of temperature on mycelium growth and infection of maize sheath wilt,and the occurrence dynamics of maize sheath wilt,and continue to dig germplasm resources disease resistance and so on.
