摘　　要：随着厄尔尼诺和拉尼娜等极端气候现象的出现,高温与低温天气的出现愈加频繁。对需要稳态运输和存储环境的化工物料,持续的高温或低温都会带来不稳定的因素,同时也给化工行业的生产带来安全风险。因此,通过日常生产过程中的不断学习、总结和积累,采用一些新材料、新工艺,提高生产安全变得尤为重要。针对文章所分析的保温隔热涂层对球罐降温效果的研究,持续高温现象的影响程度要更大,所以文章重点考虑高温环境对液化气球罐的影响和解决方案。With the emergence of extreme weather phenomena such as Elnino and Lanina,the occurrence of high and low temperatures has become increasingly frequent.For chemical materials that require stable transportation and storage environments,continuous high or low temperatures can bring unstable factors,while also posing safety risks to the production of the chemical industry.Regarding the research on the cooling effect of insulation coatings on spherical tanks analyzed in this article,the impact of sustained high temperature phenomenon is greater.Therefore,this project focuses on the impact of high temperature environment on liquefied gas spherical tanks and solutions.
