分析自拟清热化痰活血方预防冠心病支架术后再狭窄的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)支架术后实施自拟清热化痰活血方治疗对再狭窄的预防效果。方法方便选取2022年10月—2023年10月唐山市中医医院收治的92例冠心病患者为研究对象,均行支架介入治疗,单双号分组,对照组、方剂组各46例。比照组行常态治疗,方剂组在对照组基础上增加自拟清热化痰活血方治疗。比较两组再狭窄率、心电图疗效及血液指标。结果方剂组再狭窄率为2.17%,低于对照组的15.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。方剂组心电图治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血液指标水平均下降,且方剂组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟清热化痰活血方能强化再狭窄的预防效果,减轻血管炎症,调节凝血功能,改善心电图状态,疗效好,可在冠心病支架术后使用。Objective To analyze the preventive effect of self-designed Qingre Huatan Huoxue formula on restenosis after coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(abbreviated as coronary heart disease)stenting.Methods A total of 92 patients with coronary heart disease treated Tangshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2022 to October 2023 were conveniently selected to receive stent interventional therapy,divided into odd-even groups,46 cases in each of the control group and the prescription group.The control group received normal treatment,while the prescripition group added self-designed Qingre Huatan Huoxu formula treatment based on the control group.The restenosis rate,electrocardiogram efficacy and blood indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The restenosis rate in the prescription group was 2.17%,which was lower than that in the control group(15.22%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of electrocardiogram treatment in prescription group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood index levels of both groups decreased,and the prescription group was lower than the control group,the differences were statisti⁃cally significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The self-designed Qingre Huatan Huoxue formula can strengthen the preventive effect of restenosis,reduce vascular inflammation,regulate coagulation function and improve the electrocardiogram status,with good efficacy,and it can be used after stenting of coronary artery disease.
