摘 要:本文以医学影像设备的发展历程为先导,首先回顾了医学影像信息系统的诞生与发展,随后重点分析和讨论了当前医学影像信息系统的若干最新关键技术,并对未来发展进行展望。该文探讨介绍的关键技术包括:为应对影像检查数据量的迅速增长而发展起来的海量数据实时存储和检索技术;为适应大型医院医生并发阅片人数的迅速上升而持续优化改进的影像高并发实时调阅技术;为满足医生综合阅片、对比阅片需求而普及应用的智能挂片协议技术;能够将抽象断层扫描图像转化为直观三维图像的三维可视化技术;以及借助深度学习技术突破而发展起来的人工智能辅助阅片技术。Using the development process of medical imaging equipment as the guide,this paper firstly reviews the birth and development of medical imaging information system,before focuses on the analysis and discussions of several latest key technologies and prospects in development.The key technologies in this paper include the real‑time data storage and retrieval developed to cope with the rapid growth of imaging examination data and optimized to meet the increasing needs of doctors on real‑time image retrieval in large hospitals;the intelligent hanging protocol technology applied to fulfil the requirements of comprehensive and comparison reading;the 3D visualization technology that can convert abstract tomography images into intuitive 3D images,and the artificial intelligence assisted reading technology developed to leverage the deep learning technology breakthrough.
