摘 要:针对轴对称矢量喷管的功能要求,设计一种基于模糊PID控制的轴对称矢量喷管液压伺服系统。运用AMESim和MATLAB/Simulink对该系统进行建模与联合仿真,并与常规PID控制进行比较,分析系统的响应特点,验证电液伺服阀冗余备份功能和故障回中功能的可行性。仿真结果表明:所设计的轴对称矢量喷管液压伺服系统具有良好的工作性能,而加入模糊PID控制的系统具有更好的稳态特性、动态特性和更强的鲁棒性,同时验证了电液伺服阀冗余备份功能和故障回中功能是切实可行的。An axisymmetric vector nozzle hydraulic servo system based on fuzzy PID control was designed for the functional requirements of the axisymmetric vector nozzle.The system was modeled and simulated jointly by AMESim and MATLAB/Simulink,and compared with the conventional PID control to analyze the response characteristics of the system and verify the feasibility of the redundant backup function and fault return function of the electro-hydraulic servo valve.The simulation results show that the designed axisymmetric vector nozzle hydraulic servo system has good performance,and the system with fuzzy PID control has better steady-state characteristics,dynamic characteristics and stronger robustness,and the redundant backup function and fault return function of electro-hydraulic servo valve are verified to be practical.
