对压实股钢丝绳优缺点及生产难点认识

摘　　要：破断拉力高、结构稳定性好、耐磨损性能优、股中相邻层钢丝接触应力小、环境腐蚀介质不易进入股内等是压实股钢丝绳的性能优点;组股相邻层钢丝、组股同层钢丝滑动困难、股中贮存润滑油脂少、钢丝受力均匀性差等是压实股钢丝绳的结构缺点;结构参数设计不易精细、润滑油脂质量不易保证、高性能钢丝不易生产等是压实股钢丝绳制造技术的难点。高质量压实股钢丝绳生产需要在技术上持续研究。High breaking tension,good structural stability,excellent wear resistance,low contact stress between adjacent layers of strands,environmental corrosion medium is not easy to enter strand etc.are property advantages of compacted wire rope.The structure defects of compacted strand wire rope are that the adjacent layer steel wire of strand,the same layer steel wire of strand slide hard,storage of lubricating grease in strand is little,force uniformity of wire is poor,etc.It is difficult to design fine structure parameters,ensure quality of lubricating grease and produce high-performance steel wire.The production of high quality compacted strand wire rope needs continuous technical research.
