摘 要:金属制品行业废酸处理存在资源利用化低、处理难度大、环保压力大等问题。综述金属制品行业常见的废酸处理方法,对比分析常见的中和法、高温焙烧法、蒸发结晶法、流化床法、离子交换法、膜处理等废酸处理方法。资源化处理是当前国内外金属制品行业废酸处理工艺技术的发展趋势;与其他废酸处理方法相比,流化床法具有工艺成熟先进、再生酸可循环使用的特点,可同步解决酸洗废水处理难题,该方法投入运行成本低、安全高效,利用该法可以生产高质量的副产品氧化铁颗粒,可实现零废水排放,具有较高的社会效益和经济效益。Waste acid treatment in metal products industry has problems such as low resource utilization,high treatment difficulty,and high environmental pressure.Introduce common waste acid treatment methods in metal product industry,compare and analyze common waste acid treatment methods such as neutralization,high temperature calcination,evaporation crystallization,fluidized bed,ion exchange,membrane treatment,etc.Resource utilization treatment is current development trend of waste acid treatment technology in metal product industry both domestically and internationally.Compared with other waste acid treatment methods,fluidized bed method has characteristics of mature and advanced technology,recyclable regenerated acid,and can simultaneously solve the problem of acid washing line wastewater treatment.This method has low operating costs,is safe and efficient,and can produce high quality iron oxide particles.It can achieve zero sewage discharge and has high social and economic benefits.
