摘　　要：中国社会工作进入高质量发展时期,对社会工作在社区治理中的功能进行反思具有重要意义。社会工作在我国社区治理实践中发挥了权责性福利功能与综合性支持功能。权责性福利功能凸显社会工作的专业属性,综合性支持功能具有较强的本土化特征,为福利功能的发挥奠定了结构性基础。当前,社会工作的综合性支持功能发挥不足、权责性福利功能发挥有限。为进一步优化社会工作在社区治理中的功能,应持续发挥社会工作的综合性支持功能,通过社工站建设推进社区治理机制向更高层次发展;进一步明确社会工作权责性福利功能发挥的重点领域并通过组织化和标准化建设构建社会工作服务体系;提高社会工作及社会组织发展水平并促进社区治理体系建设。China's social work has entered a period of high-quality development.It is of great significance to reflect on the localization function of social work in the community governance.Social work has played the responsibilities welfare function and the comprehensive support function in our country's community governance practice.The responsibility welfare function can highlight the professional attribute of social work,and the comprehensive support function has a strong localization characteristic,which lays a structural foundation for the welfare function.At present,the comprehensive support function of social work is inadequate,the power and responsibility welfare function is limited.In order to improve the localization function of social work in the community governance,we should continue to give full play to the comprehensive support function of social work,and promote the development of community governance mechanism to a higher level through the construction of social work stations;Further clarify the key areas of social work welfare function and build social work service system through organizational and standardized construction.Finally,improve the development level of social work and social organizations and promote the construction of communitygovernance system.
