摘 要:采用搅拌摩擦增材法(AFSD)制备2219铝合金零件,研究200、300和400 r/min三个不同的主轴转速对沉积态2219铝合金(2219-AFSD合金)的显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:与合金母材(2219-T87合金)相比,2219-AFSD合金组织相对均匀,无明显组织缺陷;在摩擦热和塑性变形的作用下发生动态再结晶,2219-AFSD合金晶粒得到明显细化。沉积过程中温度越高,2219-AFSD合金晶粒尺寸越大,第二相回溶的驱动力越大,导致沉淀强化相重新溶解至基体、θ相尺寸减小及数量减少。2219-AFSD合金极限抗拉强度为265.6~312.5 MPa,约为母材的58%~68%;而2219-AFSD合金的伸长率优于母材,提高至母材的278%~294%。此外,晶粒尺寸和极限抗拉强度与主轴转速呈正相关,断裂伸长率与主轴转速呈负相关。Using additive friction stir deposition(AFSD),2219 aluminum alloy pieces were created for this paper.At three distinct rotational speeds of 200,300 and 400 r/min,the microstructure and mechanical properties of 2219-AFSD alloy were examined.The results show that the microstructure of 2219-AFSD alloy is comparatively uniform and devoid of visible microstructure flaws compared to the feedstock.Because of friction heat and plastic deformation,dynamic recrystallization occurs,resulting in clearly refined grains in the alloy.The higher the temperature during the deposition process,the larger the grain size of the 2219-AFSD alloy,and the greater the driving force for the redissolution of the second phase,resulting in the redissolution of the precipitationstrengthening phase into the matrix and the reduction in the size and quantity of the θ phase.The ultimate tensile strength of 2219-AFSD alloy falls between 265.6 MPa to 312.5 MPa,approximately 58% to 68% of the feedstock.The elongation of 2219-AFSD alloy is superior to that of the feedstock,which increases to 278%-294% of that of the feedstock.Furthermore,the rotational speed is a positive correlation with the grain size and ultimate tensile strength and adverse relationship with elongation at break.
