摘　　要：本文是21世纪基础设施全局性设计方法的一个宣言,它借鉴了对全球现象的观察和位于鹿特丹的国际性景观实践机构West 8的作品。作者设想了一个以养成的、景观主导和绿色的、开放的、活跃的、生态的、响应式的(CLOVER)基础设施为建成环境的世界,在那里,作为设计焦点的人、场所和生态的需求位于机器之上。This article is a manifesto for a systemic design approach for infrastructures in the 21st century that draws on observations of global phenomena and the built work of the international landscape architecture practice West 8 in Rotterdam.The writers envision a world where infrastructures are Cultivated,Landscape-led and green,Open,Vibrant,Ecological,and Responsive(CLOVER),with the design focus is on people,place,and ecology above the needs of the machine.
