摘　　要：2022年修订的《妇女权益保障法》新增“促进妇女全面发展”这一立法目的,并优化了促进妇女全面发展的制度机制。2023年中国妇女第十三次全国代表大会强调妇女工作要深刻把握妇女全面发展的制度保障。第一届妇女儿童法治保障论坛聚焦“新时代妇女全面发展的制度保障”,从妇女全面发展的法理基础展开学术讨论,涉及保障妇女全面发展的各项具体制度。内容涵盖了重点区域、群体、领域妇女权益保障,新时代妇女全面发展的新情况、新问题、新思路,以及妇女全面发展中的妇联职责作用发挥等问题。The newly revised Law on the Protection of Rights and Interests of Women in 2022 added the legislative purpose of"Promoting the all-round development of women"and improved and optimized the institutional mechanism for the promotion of women's all-round development,while the Thirteenth National Congress of the Chinese Women in 2023 emphasized the need for women's work to have a profound grasp of the institutional safeguards for women's all-round development.The first Women and Children's Legal Protection Forum focused on"Institutional Guarantees for the Comprehensive Development of Women in the New Era",and started academic discussions on the legal basis for women's comprehensive development,touching on specific systems for guaranteeing the all-round development of women.The content covers the protection of women's rights and interests in key areas,groups and fields,new situations and problems as well as the role of women's federations in the comprehensive development of women in the new era.
