摘　　要：随着社会的发展和交通量的增加,高速公路改扩建工程逐渐增多。相比新建高速公路,高速公路改扩建工程具有时间紧、任务重、安全压力大等特点。旨在通过总结G5011芜湖至合肥高速公路芜湖至林头段改扩建工程监理过程经验,探讨高速公路改扩建工程在质量、安全、进度、合同等方面监理工作的重点,为大规模的高速公路改扩建工程监理提供有益的借鉴。With the development of society and the increase in traffic volume,the number of highway renovation and expansion projects is gradually increasing.Compared to the construction of new highways,highway renovation and expansion projects have the characteristics of tight schedule,heavy tasks,and high safety pressure.The aim is to summarize the experience of the supervision process for the renovation and expansion project of the Wuhu Lintou section of the G5011 Wuhu Hefei Expressway,and explore the key points of supervision work in quality,safety,progress,and contract aspects of the expressway renovation and expansion project,providing useful reference for the supervision of large-scale expressway renovation and expansion projects.
