摘　　要：设计可靠安全的智能人体除味机,为人体健康提供支持。详细说明几种常见的除味原理,再根据除味效果因素分析,得出最佳除味效果参数,设计出设备的机械结构(设备的主要组成、设备外壳、进出门、照明灯、高压风机、新风机、电阻加热器、正负离子发生器、喷球、光电传感器、空气预过滤器、自动控制系统),结合实际的应用,请第三方检测公司出具了除味检测结果报告,进行归纳总结,提出在设备安装调试过程中的注意事项。智能人体除味机的设计和实践,具有减少能源消耗、促进人体健康的优势。智能人体除味机的机械设计安全性和可靠性较强,值得推广。Design a reliable and safe intelligent human deodorizer to provide support for human health.Provide a detailed explanation of several common deodorization principles,and based on the analysis of deodorization effect factors,determine the optimal deodorization effect parameters.Design the mechanical structure of the equipment(including the main components of the equipment,equipment casing,inlet and outlet doors,lighting fixtures,high-pressure fans,fresh air fans,resistance heaters,positive and negative ion generators,spray balls,photoelectric sensors,air pre filters,and automatic control systems).Combined with practical applications,request a third-party testing company to provide a deodorization test result report,summarize the effects,and propose precautions during equipment installation and debugging.The design and practice of an intelligent human deodorizer have the advantages of reducing energy consumption and promoting human health.The mechanical design of intelligent human deodorizers has strong safety and reliability,and should be vigorously promoted.
