摘　　要：深入分析了当前工程物资管理和成本控制的现状,指出了存在的主要问题与挑战,如供应链不稳定、成本上升、预算超支和资源分配不当等。提出了一系列改善措施和策略,包括优化物资采购流程、提高成本控制效率、利用信息技术提升管理效果,以及加强人员培训和管理文化建设。预测了未来工程管理领域的发展趋势,强调信息技术在提高管理效率和精确性方面的重要性,并提出了面向未来的研究和实践建议。通过分析和建议,旨在为企业应对挑战、提高竞争力和实现可持续发展提供指导。The article provides an in-depth analysis of the current situation of engineering material management and cost control,pointing out the main problems and challenges,such as unstable supply chains,rising costs,budget overruns,and improper resource allocation.The article proposes a series of improvement measures and strategies,including optimizing the material procurement process,improving cost control efficiency,utilizing information technology to enhance management effectiveness,and strengthening personnel training and management culture construction.In addition,this study also predicts the future development trends in the field of engineering management,emphasizes the importance of information technology in improving management efficiency and accuracy,and proposes research and practical recommendations for the future.Through the analysis and suggestions in the article,the aim is to provide guidance for enterprises to respond to challenges,improve competitiveness,and achieve sustainable development.
