摘  要:延安时期,中共中央尽管面对艰难困苦的战争环境,却始终关心儿童的安全养育和培养教育,陕甘宁边区延安保育院逐步形成了保育和教育并重的“保教合一”儿童培养模式。延安保育院既不是民间慈善组织或救济组织,也不是单纯的教育机构,但在实践中探索出了一套兼具儿童收养、家庭护理及学校教育等多项功能和职责为一体的全方位培育模式,立足于被难儿童的保育工作而逐步发展。这一培养模式下的儿童们大都健康成长,许多幼童后来为新中国的革命和建设事业作出了突出贡献,史海钩沉,这一模式亦为当下我国儿童教育事业的发展提供了借鉴与启示。During the Yan’an period,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China always took it as a priority the safety of children’s upbringing and education despite various difficulties in the war environment.A“nursing and education united”children upbringing mode that emphasized both nursing and education of children,was gradually established in Yan’an Nursery School in Shanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region.Neither a civil charity or relief organization,nor a purely educational institution,this nursery school had explored,in practice,a set of all-round cultivation mode that included the functions and duties of child adoption,family care and school education.This nursery school gradually developed,focusing on the caring and education of those children in distress.Most of the children under this upbringing mode grew up healthily,and many even made outstanding contributions to the cause of the revolution and the construction of new China.In the studying of the history,this model also provides reference and inspiration for the development of children’s education in China today.
