摘　　要：民族地方文献是民族文化的重要载体和体现,民族地方文献阅读推广是传承和弘扬民族文化及促进地方文化发展的重要方式。在乡村振兴背景下,民族地方文献阅读推广迎来了新的机遇。文章分析了民族地方文献阅读推广的价值功能,通过对武陵山区湘西土家族苗族自治州5所图书馆的民族地方文献阅读推广现状进行调查及问题分析,提出构建乡村文化振兴资源库、打造民族地方阅读文化空间、保障阅读需求供给、建设专业人才团队、加强成果转化和建立评价标准等策略。旨在推动武陵山区民族地方文献阅读推广进一步发展、传承和弘扬民族优秀传统文化,提升农村居民的综合素质,助力乡村振兴。Ethnic and local literature serves as a crucial carrier and reflection of ethnic cultures.The promotion of reading such literature is an important way to inherit and carry forward ethnic cultures and to promote local cultural development.Against the backdrop of rural revitalization,the promotion of reading ethnic and local literature faces new opportunities.This article analyzes the value and function of promoting the reading of ethnic and local literature.Through a survey and analysis of the current state and issues of reading promotion in five libraries within the Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture in the Wuling Mountainous Area of Western Hunan,strategies such as constructing a resource database for rural cultural revitalization,creating reading spaces for ethnic and local cultures,ensuring the supply of reading needs,building professional teams,enhancing the transformation of achievements,and establishing evaluation standards are proposed.The goal is to further develop the promotion of reading ethnic and local literature in the Wuling Mountainous Area,inherit and carry forward the excellent traditional culture of the ethnic groups,improve the overall quality of rural residents,and aid in rural revitalization.
