摘　　要：人学是马克思整个思想体系中的一个不可被取代的相对独立的组成部分。新中国监狱工作创造了独具特色的人学观念和成功实践,改革开放以来保障囚犯人权的成就,也证明了“囚犯人学”在当下的中国已经有了成熟的经验和成功的模式。毛泽东等老一辈无产阶级革命家在囚犯改造上,创造了独特的“中国模式”其中最重要的是“囚犯人学思想”:如“犯人也是人”“罪犯在一定条件下可以改造”“让罪犯在希望中改造”“尊重和保障罪犯人权”等等。继承和发展毛泽东等老一辈无产阶级革命家的思想,推进新时代“囚犯人学”的繁荣和发展,是推进新时代中国犯罪治理,实现监狱工作现代化的基础性、前提性、长远性的重大理论问题和实践命题。Humanology is an irreplaceable and relatively independent part of Marx's whole ideological system.The prison work in new China has created a unique concept and successful practice of humanism,and the achievements in protecting the human rights of prisoners since the reform and opening up have also proved that"prisoner humanism"has a mature experience and successful model in today's China.Mao Zedong and other proletarian revolutionaries of the older generation created a unique"Chinese model"in reforming prisoners,among which the most important is"the thought of prisoners",such as"prisoners are people","criminals can be reformed under certain conditions","let criminals reform in hope","respect and protect the human rights of criminals"and so on.Inheriting and developing the ideas of MAO Zedong and other proletarian revolutionaries of the older generation and promoting the prosperity and development of"prisoner education"in the new era are major theoretical and practical propositions of the basic,premise and long-term basis to promote the crime governance of China in the new era and realize the modernization of prison work.
