摘 要:漆酶作为一种多酚氧化酶,在自然界分布十分广泛,且在有氧的条件下可对木质素、芳香化合物等物质进行降解,大多数情况下水是其反应后的唯一产物,在环境治理中起到重要作用。介绍了漆酶的分类、结构性质、催化机理,重点阐述了漆酶作为一种环境友好型的绿色催化剂,其在土壤、水体、大气污染物以及固体废弃物处理方面的具体应用,指出其有着非常广阔的应用前景,对于环境修复方面的实际作用还需要不断发现与探索。As a kind of polyphenol oxidase,laccase is widely distributed in nature,and can degrade lignin,aromatic compounds and so on under aerobic conditions,which plays an important role in environmental governance.And in most cases,water is the only product after the reactions.The paper introduces the category,the structure and properties of laccase,and its catalytic mechanism,The specific applications of laccase as an environmentally friendly green catalyst for the treatment of soil pollutants,water pollutants,solid waste and air pollutants is also highlighted.It is pointed out that it has a very broad prospect,and its practical role in environmental restoration still needs to be discovered and continuously explored.
