摘 要:对高盐废水的特征、危害进行了阐述,介绍了当前几种主流高盐废水处理工艺的研究进展。以江苏某化工企业生产废水为研究对象,分析了复合电化学工艺对高盐废水中盐分及有机污染物的去除效果。当电化学耦合一体化装置电压设定80V,循环流量1m^(3)/h,反应150min时,COD去除率为61.9%,BOD_(5)去除率为36.1%,对该一体化装置淡水产水做进一步的电化学氧化处理,最终产水COD去除率为80.9%,盐分去除率为72.5%,BOD_(5)/COD值由0.11提升至0.25,废水可生化性显著提高,说明电化学工艺在处理复杂高盐难降解工业废水领域具有独特优势。This article briefly elaborates the characteristics and hazards of high salt wastewater,and then introduces the research progress of several mainstream high salt wastewater treatment processes.At the same time,taking the production wastewater of a chemical enterprise in Jiangsu as the research object,the removal effect of composite electrochemical process on salt and organic pollutants in high salt wastewater was analyzed.When the voltage of the electrochemical coupling integrated device is set to 80 V,the circulating flow rate is 1 m^(3)/h,and the reaction time is 150 minutes,the COD removal rate is 61.9%,and the BOD_(5) removal rate is 36.1%.Further electrochemical oxidation treatment is carried out on the freshwater produced water of the integrated device,and the final COD removal rate is 80.9%,salt removal rate is 72.5%,and the BOD_(5)/COD value is increased from 0.11 to 0.25.The biodegradability of the wastewater is significantly improved.This indicates that electrochemical processes have unique advantages in the treatment of complex,high salt,and difficult to degrade industrial wastewater.
