摘 要:以4-氨基安替比林分光光度法测定水中挥发酚为例,依据国家标准规定,综合考量实际可操作性及环境管理需要,确定了实验室内的检出限及测定下限。萃取分光光度法的检出限为0.0003mg/L,测定下限为0.001mg/L;直接分光光度法的检出限为0.01mg/L,测定下限为0.04mg/L。确定的方法检出限与测定下限不仅方便环境监测工作者在实际工作中选择合适的方法,更对环境管理工作具有重要意义。Taking the method of 4-AAP spectrophotometric for the determination of volatile phenols in water as an example,the detection limit and determination limit in the laboratory are determined in accordance with the national standards,taking into account the practical operability and the requirements of environmental management.The detection limit of extraction spectrophotometry is 0.0003 mg/L,and the determination limits of it is 0.001 mg/L.The detection limit of direct spectrophotometry is 0.01 mg/L,as well as the determination limits of it is 0.04 mg/L.The determination of detection limit and determination limit can not only facilitate environmental monitoring workers to choose appropriate methods in practical work,but also have important significance for environmental management.
