摘 要:探讨了3种A型分子筛对模拟柴油中喹啉的吸附脱除性能,分析了其动力学特性。实验结果表明:在模拟柴油用量为15 mL时,较佳吸附条件是时间40 min、温度50℃,剂油比1/20;3种A型分子筛都有较好的再生性能,焙烧法比醇洗法表现出更好的再生效果;A型分子筛吸附模拟柴油中的喹啉时较符合Langmuir模型方程。The adsorption and removal performance of three types of A-type molecular sieves for quinoline in simulated fuel were explored,and their related kinetic characteristics were also analyzed.The experimental results indicate that when the amount of simulated diesel is 15 mL,the optimal adsorption temperature is 50℃,the adsorption time is 40 min,and the additive/fuel ratio is 1/20.The adsorption of quinoline in simulated diesel by A-type molecular sieve is more in line with the Langmuir model equation.Two methods,calcination and alcohol washing,were used to conduct regeneration experiments on three types of A-type molecular sieves.It was found that all three A-type molecular sieves had good regeneration performance,and the calcination regeneration method showed better results than the alcohol washing method.
