摘 要:以草酸为原料,采用一步法合成了N-甲基吡咯烷酮草酸盐离子液体催化剂,将其应用于模拟油脱除碱性氮工艺。考察了离子液体催化剂反应时间、温度、剂油比、H_(2)O_(2)用量对喹啉脱除率的影响。实验结果表明:在反应温度为45℃,反应时间为40 min、剂油比为1∶10、无氧化剂条件下,喹啉脱除率可达98.59%,让离子液体重复使用4次后喹啉脱除率可达85.49%。N-methylpyrrolidone oxalate ionic liquid catalyst was synthesized by one-step method using oxalic acid as raw material,It is applied to simulate oil alkali removal sexual nitrogen process.The effects of reaction time,temperature,ratio of agent to oil and amount of H_(2)O_(2) on the removal rate of quinoline were investigated.The results show that the removal rate of quinoline can reach 98.59%when the reaction temperature is 45℃,the reaction time is 40 min,the ratio of agent to oil is 1∶10,and the removal rate of quinoline can reach 85.49%after repeated use of ionic liquid for 4 times.
