低渗储层无泡防水锁剂的合成与性能评价

摘  要:针对低渗储层开发过程中易受到水锁伤害的问题,以三苯基甲烷三异氰酸酯(TPMTI)、2-氰基-N-(2-羟基乙基)乙酰胺(CEA)和3-羟基丁酸钠(HASS)为反应单体,合成了一种无泡防水锁剂SMLP-1,对其分子结构进行了确证。通过正交实验确定了中间产物最佳合成条件为反应温度70℃、反应时间8 h和二丁基二月桂酸锡(DBTDL)用量为反应单体质量的0.18%,SMLP-1最佳合成条件为反应温度136℃、反应时间8 h和三氟甲磺酸铜(Cu(OTf)_(2))用量为反应单体质量的0.1%。防水锁性能测试结果表明:加入SMLP-1后水溶液的表面张力能够降低至25.0 mN/m以内,可有效减缓水分子以自发渗析的方式进入岩石内部;在160℃时,渗透率恢复率高达83.31%;SMLP-1无起泡效应,对钻井液的流变性和滤失性能影响小。该防水锁剂的防水锁性能优良,抗温能力强,配伍性能佳,可有效降低低渗储层水锁伤害的程度。To address the issue of water lock damage during the development of low permeability reservoir,a blister less waterproof lock agent SMLP-1 was synthesized using methylidynetri-p-phenylene triisocyanate(TPMTI),2-cyano-N-(2-hydroxyethyl)acetamide(CEA)and sodium 3-hydroxybutanoate(HASS)as reaction monomers,and its molecular structure was confirmed.Through orthogonal experiments,the optimal synthesis conditions of the intermediate products were determined,which were reaction temperature of 70℃,reaction time of 8 h,and the amount of dibutyltin dilaurate(DBTDL)was 0.18%of the reaction monomer mass.The optimum synthesis conditions of SMLP-1 were reaction temperature of 136℃,reaction time of 8 h,and the amount of copper(Ⅱ)trifluoromethanesulfonate[Cu(OTf)_(2)]was 0.1%of the mass of the reaction monomer.The test results of waterproof lock performance show that the surface tension of the aqueous solution can be reduced to less than 25.0 mN/m after adding SMLP-1,which can effectively slow down the spontaneous infiltration of water molecules into the rock interior.When the test temperature is 160℃,the permeability recovery rate is as high as 83.31%.SMLP-1 has no foaming effect and has little influence on rheological and filtration properties of drilling fluid.The waterproof locking agent has excellent waterproof locking performance,strong temperature resistance and good compatibility,which can effectively reduce the degree of water locking damage in low permeability reservoir.
