微生物强化曝气-抽提处理低含油污泥效能研究

摘  要:采用微生物固定化辅以AS曝气抽提处理处置含油污泥。以现场油泥为来源,筛选了5株石油降解菌,室内实验结果表明,其中WJ-1菌、WJ-4菌,WJ-5菌降解效率相对WJ-2,WJ-3较好。5种菌株均随着培养基含油率增加,降解效率降低,但高于10%含油率时,5种菌株降解效率均显著降低。利用以石油降解菌为核心的生物技术,采用麦麸为原料,通过包埋固定化的方式制备生物菌剂,并设计曝气-抽提反应堆。在优化曝气参数的条件下,分别投加液体菌剂5 m^(3)和固体菌剂10 m^(3)进行实验,曝气量为15 m^(3)/h,连续处理40 d后,污泥含油量分别为1.76 mg/g和1.82 mg/g,含油率小于0.3%,实现了污泥的无害化处理。Microbial immobilization combined with AS aeration extraction was used to treat and dispose oily sludge.Five strains of oil-degrading bacteria were screened using on-site oil sludge as source.The results of laboratory experiments showed that the degradation efficiency of WJ-1,WJ-4 and WJ-5 was relatively better than that of WJ-2 and WJ-3.The degradation efficiency of the above mentioned five strains decreased with the increase of oil content in the culture medium.However,when the oil content was higher than 10%,the degradation efficiency of the five strains significantly decreased.Using biotechnology with petroleum degrading bacteria as the core,wheat bran was used as raw material to prepare microbial agents through embedding and immobilization,and an aeration-extraction reactor was designed.Under optimized aeration parameters,the experiment was carried out by adding liquid bacteria agent 5 m^(3) and solid bacteria agent 10 m^(3) respectively,with an aeration rate of 15 m^(3)/h.After 40 days of continuous experimental treatment,the oil content of sludge was 1.76 and 1.82 mg/g,respectively,and the oil content reached below 3‰,achieving harmless treatment of the sludge.
