摘 要:聚丙烯(PP)作为塑料中优质的品种之一,广泛应用于汽车、家用电器等领域。但PP在低温状态下脆性高、缺口冲击强度低的缺陷,限制其更广泛的应用。从共聚改性、接枝改性、交联改性、共混改性4个方面介绍了PP的增韧机理和方法。结果表明:通过增韧改性可以克服PP在低温状态下脆性高、缺口冲击强度低的缺陷,其中,共混改性是目前PP增韧改性的主流方法,如何选择改性增韧剂以大幅度提高PP的韧性仍是当下研究的热点。Polypropylene(PP),as one of the high-quality varieties of plastics,is widely used in automobiles,house-hold appliances and other fields.However,PP has the defects of high brittleness and low notch impact strength at low temperature,which limits its wider application.The toughening mechanism and methods of PP are introduced from four aspects:copolymerization modification,grafting modification,crosslinking modification and blending modification.The results show that the defects of PP with high brittleness and low notch impact strength can be overcome by toughening modification,among which blending modification is the main method of toughening modification at present,and how to select the modified toughening agent to greatly improve the toughness of PP is still a hot topic of current research.
