摘  要:位于鄂尔多斯盆地东缘的LS致密气田,由于气井产能低,产量递减快,且储层含水,使得井筒积液问题成为限制该气田产能释放的主要原因之一。目前,现场排液采气措施以泡排为主,对于泡排增产量的统计发现,泡排效果差异较大,部分气井措施后增产效果差且存在措施滞后的情况。为对气井积液进行提前预警,本文通过“井口气水比”、“油套压差与产气量之比”两个指标进行动态分析,并建立了井筒积液高度计算方法与程序,为现场判别积液信号并及时采取排液采气措施提供了依据。为了优化排液采气措施的实施,通过气井生产系统节点分析,结合井筒多相流压力计算、临界携液模型,分析了气井生产的临界条件,提出了不同状态气井的排液采气措施建议。对于现场排液采气措施决策具有一定的指导作用。LS tight gasfields,located in the eastern edge of Ordos Basin,due to the low pro-duction,rapid decline and water contained in reservoirs,liquid loading in wellbore has be-come one of the most dominant reasons for production limited.At the work site,drainage and gas recovery is usually carried out by foam at present.But the statistics of production-in-creased showed that the effect of foam drainage is quite different,which some wells still had low production after measures.In addition,there are also delays in taking measures com-pared to the time when liquid loading occurs.In order to identify the earlier alert of wellbore liquid loading,this paper used two indicators to make dynamic analysis,which were"gas-water ratio"and"casing and tubing pressure difference to gas rate".Then,computing method and program for liquid loading depth in wellbore were also established.Both the monitoring methods contribute to identifying liquid loading as well as taking timely drainage and gas recovery measures.In order to optimize the implementation of drainage and gas re-covery,node analysis method in the gas well production system,combined with multiphase-flow pressure calculation in wellbore and model of critical liquid carrying,was used to find the critical conditions for producible gas wells.After that,suggestions on choosing drainage measures for gas wells in different states were put forward.It has a certain guiding effect on the decision-making of on-site drainage and gas production measures.
