摘 要:为满足杭锦旗地区严格的环保要求,降低钻井成本,提高勘探与开发效益,对该区块钻井废水进行了分析,明确了废水不能回用原因。根据离子化学沉淀和颗粒絮凝机理,制定“提高pH值-氧化-离子捕捉-絮凝”废水处理方案,据此进行了废水回用实验研究。实验表明,处理后的废水回用到钻井液后,对钻井液性能影响不大。该技术在现场进行了应用,废水处理后回用效果好,达到了降本增效的良好效果。In order to meet the severe environmental protection requirements in Hangjinqi area,reduce drilling costs and improve exploration and development benefits,the ion content was analyzed in drilling wastewater,and the mechanism that the wastewater could not be reused directly was clarified.According to the mechanism of ion chemical precipitation and particle flocculation,the wastewater treatment scheme of improving pH value-oxidation-ion capture-flocculation was formulated,and the experimental study on wastewater reuse was carried out.The experiment showed that the treated wastewater had lile effect on the per-formance of drilling fluid after being reused into drilling fluid.The technology was applied in the field.The reuse effect of wastewater after be treated was good,and the goal of reducing costs and increasing efficiency was achieved.
