摘  要:随着油气田的开发,老井开窗侧钻井逐渐增多,该类井具有环空间隙窄、水泥石性能要求高等特点。部分井开窗点高、裸眼段较长,目前广泛使用的1.18~1.55g/cm^(3)普通低密度水泥浆体系无法兼顾一次上返固井要求及后期开发的强度要求。经室内优选出空心玻璃微珠作为减轻材料配制出1.15g/cm^(3)的低密度水泥浆体系,该体系具有流动性好、稳定性高、抗压强度高等优点,能够兼顾固井工艺要求与强度要求,现场应用2口井,固井质量良好,在天然气开窗侧钻井中具有良好的应用前景。With the development of oil and gas fields,there are more and more window side drlling in old wells,which have the characteristics of narrow annular clearance and high ce-ment performance requirement.Some wells have high opening window points and long open hole sections.The 1.18~1.55 g/cm^(3)general low-density cement slurry system widely used at present can not meet the requirements of one-time upreturn cementing and the strength re-quirements of later development.The low-density cement slurry system of 1.15 g/cm^(3) was prepared by selecting hollow glass microbeads as the reducer in the room.The system has the advantages of good fluidity,high stability and high compressive strength,and can take into account the requirements of cementing process and strength.Two wells have been used in the field,and the cementing quality is good,so it has a good application prospect in the natural gas window side drilling.
