摘　　要：在炼化企业催化裂化装置中,余热锅炉通过回收高温烟气中的余热以及燃烧烟气中剩余的CO来实现烟气能量回收,最终达到蒸汽系统发汽目的。由于实际生产中操作或设备的影响,催化裂化装置再生器所产生的烟气中会携带少量催化剂细粉尘埃,长时间运行情况下会造成锅炉内部翅片管等热传递部件积灰结垢,导致炉膛压力升高、锅炉热回收效率下降、管束部件腐蚀减薄等问题。为此,目前常用的解决方式为设置锅炉吹灰系统,常用吹灰设备有激波吹灰器、蒸汽吹灰器。通过吹灰操作可有效去除积灰,提高锅炉热效率,保证能量回收系统安全环保运行。In the catalytic cracking unit of refinery,the heat recovery boiler realizes the en-ergy recovery of flue gas by recovering the heat of flue gas and CO in combustion flue gas.Due to the influence of operation or equipment in actual production,a small amount of cata-lyst fine powder dust will be carried in the flue gas generated by the regenerator of the catalytic cracking unit.Long time operation will cause fouling and fouling of heat transfer components such as finned tubes in boilers,resulting in higher furnace pressure,lower boiler heat recovery efficiency,and thinner tube bundles.For this reason,the common solution is to set up boiler soot blowing system,commonly used soot blowing equipment are shock wave soot blower,steam soot blower.Soot blowing operation can effectively remove soot deposits,improve boiler thermal efficiency,and ensure safe and environmental protection operation of energy recovery system.
