摘 要:为研究铸造废砂代替部分细集料用于混凝土对高强度混凝土力学性能指标的影响,对铸造废砂替代率为0、5%、10%、15%的混凝土进行力学性能试验。结果表明:混凝土的力学性能与混凝土中铸造废砂含量直接相关,替代率为10%铸造废砂混凝土的试验结果与对照组的结果几乎一样,其他掺量条件下混凝土的抗拉和抗压强度下降;新拌混凝土的坍落度随着铸造废砂替代率的增加而降低;铸造废砂替代率超过10%的混凝土试样吸水率低于对照组。In order to study on the influence of foundry waste sand to concrete instead of some fine aggregate to concrete mechanical properties,the paper conducts mechanical properties test of the substitution ratios of foundry waste sand to fine aggregate that are respectively 0%,5%,10%and 15%.The results show that the mechanical properties are relation to the percent of foundry waste sand.The concrete with 10%waste foundry sand exhibits almost the same results with control one,the other concrete shows lower results in compressive and tensile strength.The slump of fresh concrete is decrease with the waste foundry sand ratio.The water absorption ratios of the specimens supplied with waste foundry sand over 10%were lower than the control ones.Waste foundry sand can be used in high strength concrete.
