建设体育强国进程中的体育文化高质量发展研究

摘　　要：在深入贯彻落实中共二十大会议精神的背景下,体育文化高质量发展是中国建设体育强国不可或缺的重要内容。运用文献研究法、逻辑分析法分析了体育文化高质量发展应秉持的全面、融合、创新、协调的理念及体育文化高质量发展的内涵,提出体育文化高质量发展有6个特征,即吸引力大、组织力强、亲和力好、传播力强、创新力足、融合度高。体育文化高质量发展方式包括以全面发展促进体育文化体系完善、以融合发展提高体育文化共建质量、以创新发展提高体育文化建设质量、以协调发展提高体育文化产品质量。梳理了我国在中国特色社会主义进入新时代以来体育文化建设中取得的多方面成绩,并提出了存在的不足和建设体育强国的体育文化高质量发展的建议。In the context of deeply implementing the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the high-quality development of sports culture is an indispensable part of accelerating the construction of sports power.Using literature method and logical induction method,we analyze the four concepts of“comprehension,integration,innovation and coordination”and their connotations held by the high-quality development of sports culture,and put forward that the high-quality development of sports culture has the six characteristics of great attraction,good affinity,wide dissemination,strong organization,sufficient innovation and high integration.The high-quality development mode of sports culture includes:promote the improvement of the sports culture system through comprehensive development,improve the quality of sports culture co-construction through integrated development,improve the quality of sports culture construction through innovative development,and improve the quality of sports culture products through coordinated development.The study studies the multifaceted achievements of China’s sports culture since socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,analyzes the deficiencies,and puts forward suggestions for high-quality development of sports culture in the construction of a sports power.
