京张体育文化旅游带的冰雪体育资源的空间分异特征与协同发展研究

摘　　要：京张体育文化旅游带基于京津冀协同发展纵深推进的基础和优势,目前已由顶层设计阶段进入实质性实施阶段。基于京张体育文化旅游带的冰雪体育资源点、旅游资源点和文化资源点的类别、地理条件等方面的数据,运用核密度分析、缓冲区分析等方法分析了京张体育文化旅游带的冰雪体育资源的空间分布特征,探究京张体育文化旅游带各区(县)在未来如何协同发展。分析结果表明:1)京张体育文化旅游带的冰雪体育资源呈现北京与张家口两地分布差异显著的特征,北京地区“冰多雪少”、张家口地区“雪多冰少”;2)北京地区的冰雪体育资源呈现“多区少核”的分布特征,张家口地区的冰雪体育资源呈现“少区少核”的分布特征;3)京张体育文化旅游带的冰雪体育资源与旅游资源、文化资源的空间关联性较强。提出建议:1)优化冰雪体育资源空间布局,打造体育文化旅游产业融合发展新样板;2)增强冰雪体育资源点与文化资源点、旅游资源点之间的空间关联度,打造“冰雪体育资源+文化资源+旅游资源”三位一体的冰雪体育旅游发展新模式;3)促进冰雪体育产业与文化产业、旅游产业融合发展,助推京张体育文化旅游带各区(县)的协同发展。Based on the foundation and advantages of the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,the Beijing-Zhangjiakou Sports Culture Tourism Belt has entered the substantive implementation stage from the top-level design stage.Based on the data of ice and snow sports resources,tourism resources,cultural resources and geographical conditions of Beijing-Zhangjiakou Sports Culture Tourism Belt,this paper analyzes the spatial attributes of ice and snow sports resources of Beijing-Zhangjiakou Sports Culture Tourism Belt by using the methods of nuclear density analysis and buffer zone analysis,and explores how to coordinate the development of Beijing-Zhangjiakou sports culture tourism zone in the future.The results show that:1)the ice and snow sports resources in the Beijing-Zhangjiakou Sports Culture Tourism Belt show significant differences between Beijing and Zhangjiakou,with more ice and less snow in Beijing and more snow and less ice in Zhangjiakou;2)the ice and snow sports resources in Beijing show the distribution characteristics of more areas and fewer cores,while the ice and winter sports resources in Zhangjiakou show the distribution characteristics of less areas and fewer cores;3)The ice and snow sports resources in the Beijing-Zhangjiakou Sports Culture Tourism Belt have a strong spatial correlation with tourism resources and cultural resources.Suggestions are put forward:1)to optimize the spatial distribution of ice and snow sports resources and create a model for the integration of sports culture and tourism;2)to strengthen the spatial correlation among ice and snow sports resources,cultural resources and tourism resources,and create a new model for the development of ice and snow sports tourism,which is a trinity of“ice and snow sports resources+cultural resources+tourism resources”;and 3)to promote the integration of ice and snow sports industry,cultural industry and tourism industry,and promote the coordinated development of Beijing-Zhangjiakou Sports and Cultural Tourism Belt.
