摘 要:在推进“一带一路”建设中,要实现“五通”(政策沟通、设施联通、贸易畅通、资金融通、民心相通),还需语言互通来搭建桥梁。云南位于中国西南边陲,与缅甸、老挝和越南接壤,是中国通往东南亚、南亚的窗口和门户。另外,云南还是中国跨境民族最多的省份。鉴于云南独特的地理位置和多样的民族文化,对云南边境地区语言使用状况和语言教育概况进行调查,了解边境地区的主要语言需求至关重要。然后根据语言需求,从国家语言战略出发,制定合理的语言教育规划,来提升边境居民的语言能力和跨文化交流能力,克服同“一带一路”沿线国家和地区交流时的语言困难。In promoting the construction of the Belt and Road,in order to achieve the"five links",namely,policy communication,facility connectivity,smooth trade,financial integration,and people to people connectivity,language communication is also needed to build bridges.Yunnan is located on the southwestern border of China,bordering Myanmar,Laos,and Vietnam.It is a window and gateway for China to Southeast Asia and South Asia.In addition,Yunnan is also the province with the most cross-border ethnic groups in China.Given Yunnan's unique geographical location and diverse ethnic cultures,it is crucial to investigate the language usage and language education situation in the border areas of Yunnan and understand the main language needs of the border areas.Then,according to the language needs,formulate a reasonable language strategy and language education plan in border areas to improve the language ability and cross-cultural communication ability of border residents and overcome the language barrier of communication with countries and regions along the Belt and Road.
