摘 要:近年来,随着博物馆热度的不断提升,博物馆的社会教育承载能力逐渐不能适应日益增长的市场需求,与社会教育力量的合作成为提升博物馆社会教育部门承载能力的可选项。然而,由于博物馆社会教育部门与社会教育力量在属性、目的、优势上各有不同,如何实现求同存异、共同发展,如何合理地实现社会教育力量的筛选、管理就成为合作发展中的重中之重。该文立足国内主要博物馆的社会教育工作现状及社会教育力量与博物馆联动发展现状,在分析博物馆与社会教育力量分歧的基础上探讨了二者的融合方式,并基于实践案例对社会教育力量合作过程中的管理与评价机制进行了进一步研究。In recent years,with the continuous increase of museum popularity,the social education carrying capacity of museums can not gradually adapt to the growing market demand,and the cooperation with social education forces has become an option to improve the carrying capacity of the social education department of museums.However,as the social education department of museums and social education forces are different in attributes,purposes and advantages,how to achieve common development and common development,and how to reasonably realize the selection and management of social education forces has become the top priority in the cooperative development.Based on the current situation of the social education work of major museums in China and the current situation of the linkage development of social education forces and museums,this paper discusses the integration of museums and social education forces on the basis of analyzing the differences between them,and further studies the management and evaluation mechanism of the cooperation process of social education forces based on practical cases.
