摘　　要：近年来,河池市在自然资源部、财政部的大力支持下初步构建了群测群防、专业监测相结合的监测预警网络以及气象预警体系。本文以广西河池平桃屯滑坡成功预警为例,详细分析了群测群防、专业监测相结合的监测预警网络以及气象预警体系的运行情况,切实降低了因地质灾害发生造成的人员伤亡和财产损失,取得了一定的阶段性成效,得到了地方群众和社会的认可,以期为其他地区地质灾害气象预警预报提供指导和借鉴。In recent years,Hechi City,under the strong support of the Ministry of Natural Resources and the Ministry of Finance,has initially constructed the monitoring and early warning network and meteorological early warning system that combines mass monitoring and prevention with professional monitoring.With successful early warning of the Pingtaotun landslide in Hechi,Guangxi as an example,this paper analyzes in detail the operation of the network and system,which effectively reduces casualties and property losses caused by geological hazards,achieves certain stage results and is accepted by the local people and the society,hoping to provide guidance and reference for their being used in other areas.
