省级基础地理信息数据像片控制点库更新策略探究——以蚌埠市为例

摘　　要：为更好地满足卫星影像正射纠正所需一定数量且分布合理的像片控制点数据,根据《安徽省“十四五”测绘地理信息规划》中“像片控制点数据库建设与更新”工程建设要求,安徽省开展了基础地理信息数据像片控制点库更新工作。本文结合更新生产实例,探究了像片控制点布设、实地施测、成果资料整理、质量控制等环节的实施策略。该策略能够较好地实现省级像片控制点库的更新,满足了各类影像正射纠正需要,为自然资源管理和经济社会发展提供支撑。In order to better meet a certain number of reasonably distributed photo control points required for orthographic correction of satellite image,updating of existing control point database has been carried out according to relevant project requirements in the"Fourteenth Five-Year Plan"of Surveying and Mapping Geographic Information in Anhui Province.In this paper,the implementation tactics are discussed in terms of arrangement of photo control points,field survey,sorting out results data,quality control and so on.The tactics work well in updating the database for orthographic corrections for various images,providing a support for management of natural resources and facilitating economic and social development.
