摘 要:本文研究的目的是设计和实现一种能够提供河流环境中水位的非接触式超声波传感器系统,该系统是一种非常低成本的设备的一部分,该设备开发用于检测非导电液体对水的污染,利用所涉及流体的不同导电性。工作的重点是低成本SRF05超声波传感器的特性,以及根据实验室测试获得的数据在漂浮物体内的实现。使用微米线性平台、三角测量激光器、数字示波器和后处理软件进行了大量实验测试。此外,为了提高测量方法的准确性,提出了一种基于超声信号重构的分析方法,最终装置的灵敏度约为1mm。The objective of this study is to design and implement a non-contact ultrasonic sensor system that can provide water level in river environment.The system is part of a very low-cost device developed to detect contamination of water by non-conductive liquids,or hydrocarbons floating in the sea,taking advantage of the different electrical conductivity of the fluids involved.The work focuses on the characteristics of the low-cost SRF05 ultrasonic sensor and its implementation in floating organs based on data from laboratory tests.A large number of experiments have been carried out using the micro-linear platform,the triangulation laser,the digital oscilloscope and the post-processing software.In addition,an analysis method based on ultrasonic signal reconstruction is proposed to improve the accuracy of the measurement method.The sensitivity of the final device is about 1 mm.
