摘  要:旭龙水电站坝址处河流谷深坡陡,岩体卸荷强烈,地震烈度高。为解决自然边坡中存在堆积体、危岩体、强烈卸荷松弛区、不稳定块体等局部不稳定问题,保障边坡下部施工及运行安全,提出自然边坡防治设计方案。根据旭龙水电站自然边坡特点,明确了边坡防治范围和防治目标,以“分类处理、防治结合、因地制宜、减少扰动”的原则进行防治设计,针对不同类型的局部稳定问题采取针对性的处理措施,对于堆积体、强烈卸荷松弛区、危岩体等局部不稳定问题,采取防护网、喷锚支护、锚索加固等措施;针对坡面滚石、落石问题,采用坡面清理等措施来减轻或消除危害。结果表明:采取针对性的防治设计措施可提高边坡整体稳定性,有效保障工程安全。该防治设计思路及成果可为类似工程自然边坡防治设计提供参考。The river valley of Xulong Dam site is deep and steep,with the strong unloading of the rock mass and high seismic intensity.In order to deal with the local unstability problems such as accumulations,dangerous rock masses,strong unloading and relaxation zones,and blocks on the natural slope,and to ensure the construction and operation safety of the lower part of the slope,a prevention design for natural slope was proposed.Based on the characteristics of natural slope of Xulong Hydropower Station,the protection range and goals of natural slope were determined firstly.The prevention measures were carried out following the principles of classified treatment,combination of prevention and reinforce,adapting measures to local conditions and reducing disturbance.The targeted measures were taken to deal with different types of local stability problems.For the local unstability problems such as accumulations,strong unloading and relaxation zones and dangerous rock mass,measures such as protective net,shotcrete-bolt support and anchor cable reinforcement were taken to prevent the occurrence of disasters.For the problems of rolling and falling stones on the slope,measures such as slope cleaning were adopted to eliminate or reduce the hazards.The results indicated that these prevention measures can improve the stability of the slope and ensure engineering safety effectively.The prevention design ideas and results for natural slope can be a reference by other similar projects.
