旭龙水电站施工期供电系统永临结合方案研究

摘  要:旭龙水电站位于金沙江上游,两岸分属国家电网、南方电网辖区。站址地形复杂、电网架构薄弱,施工变电站选址和电源接入问题突出。在分析周边电源、网架结构的基础上,从可靠性、协调难度、建设难度等方面进行比选分析,提出了施工变电站位于金沙江右岸南网辖区范围,就地π接当地110 kV线路;将地方小水电引入该电站,用于提高用电可靠性。在该电站左岸同时推荐建设1座35 kV施工变电站,用于保障前期施工供电和后期外来厂用电源,以降低后期国网、南网电源电气互联的风险。研究成果可为类似电站施工电源、电站备用电源方案选择提供参考。Xulong Hydropower Station is located on the upstream of Jinsha River,where two sides of the river banks is supplied by State Grid and China Southern Power Grid respectively.The selection of location and power access for construction substation is difficult because of the complex terrain and weak power grid.The power access of the area and power grid structure were analyzed,and based on the comparison of reliability,coordination and construction difficulty,the permanent and temporary combined power system for construction was proposed.The construction substation would be located at the right bank of Jinsha River,which was accessed to 110 kV power grid line withπtype,and the small local hydropower stations would be accessed to the construction substation to improve its reliability.A 35 kV construction substation would be constructed at the left bank of Jinsha River to improve its reliability,provide standby power supply for auxiliary power system,and to reduce the risk of electrical interconnection between the National and Southern power grids.The research can provide a reference for the selection of backup power supply schemes for similar power station.
